One-on-One
Renae will provide you with an initial analysis, identifying obstacles to vital health and suggesting a plan of action to maximise your wellbeing. Renae will step you through the process of behavioural and dietary change, monitoring your results and troubleshooting any concerns that come up for you on your wellness journey.
Available for both children and adults. Renae suggests that parents accompany their children to coaching sessions to ensure that you and your child get the most out of it!
SCHOOLS
Renae’s School Program covers the basics of where food comes from and how it is processed and packaged before it lands on our plates. Renae also teaches students what a healthy plate looks like, as well as sharing fun lunch box and snack ideas. Parents, prepare for your children to ask for celery next time you’re at the shops! Renae’s Professional Development workshop for teachers addresses the impact that diet has on children’s learning and behaviour, with tips on how to support students in making healthy choices.
CORPORATE
It is increasingly understood in the corporate sphere that healthy employees are happier and more productive. Invest in your employees’ wellbeing with fortnightly or monthly team coaching. Renae offers work/life balance tips, meal prep tricks for a week of healthy lunches, and advice on making healthy choices when eating out or on the go.
